VibCloud

Cloud-based vibration monitoring and predictive-maintenance platform for industrial machinery. Paired with a Digiducer accelerometer, a smartphone becomes a professional-grade vibration analyzer, an affordable alternative to bulky, expensive data collectors. The iOS app, the platform's on-device data-collection and analysis client, handles route-based collection plus high-rate signal processing, waveform recording, FFT spectra for acceleration, velocity, and demodulation, and ISO 10816 RMS alarms, all backed by a cloud database for measurement setups, trending, reporting, and remote access. Used across mining, rail, water utilities, manufacturing, and energy to catch bearing and equipment failures early and cut unplanned downtime by up to 30%.
